Bridal Terms and Conditions
· If you decide to choose Bridal Makeup Berkshire or Clear Complexions as your chosen Makeup Artist/Hairdresser for your wedding, a deposit must be paid in order to secure the chosen dates of both the trial and wedding date. Dates cannot be held without a deposit
· Please ensure that you speak with us before paying your deposit to ensure that your desired date is available
· Any changes following a trial cannot be accepted. Another trial would be essential
· All costs for trials and mileage expenses are included in the deposit. Fees for trials and wedding services start from £50 per hour
· Deposits are non-refundable due to loss of other business
· A final invoice will be issued by email or post detailing how to make your payment
· The final balance must be paid by cheque or an online bank transfer

· If paying by cheque it is essential that payment clears at least 21 days before the wedding day
· Bank Transfers must be paid at least 14 days before the wedding date
· Failure to make payment on invoice due date could result in the loss of service
· Any cancellations made from the time of booking and 14 days prior to the wedding date will incur the full balance due to loss of business
· Any delays beyond our control on the day will incur a charge at £50 per hour
· All hair services do not include any hair ornaments. These can be obtained on your behalf at an extra cost
· Minors must be accompanied at all times and have written permission from a parent or guardian for the desired treatment to commence
